Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end, from strategy to execution. You will talk to clients directly, defend your decisions, and optimize across Brand and Non-Brand campaigns, feeds, and tracking to drive incremental growth.

You will work with GA4, GTM, Shopify, and Merchant Center to ensure cohesive measurement and landing page optimization. Remote but must support US Eastern hours for calls.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads with real money on DTC/eCommerce campaigns.
• Experience owning client relationships and presenting results directly.
• Strong understanding of attribution and incremental growth strategies.

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touch: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, landing pages.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate units with clear reporting.
• Own the feed, tracking, and landing pages to maximize performance.
• Defend your decisions and communicate clearly to clients during calls.
