Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a highly autonomous Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client accounts remotely. You will manage budgets, craft strategies, and defend attribution decisions directly with clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and demonstrable CPA/ROAS results.
• Able to articulate attribution and defend growth decisions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit overhauls of campaigns, ad groups, keywords and tracking before touching accounts.
• Keep brand and non-brand campaigns separate with clear reporting.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Own feed and tracking setup (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals) and fix bottlenecks.
• Build required landing pages or scripts to remove constraints and improve performance.
