Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end digital campaigns for 50+ DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the client contact, design strategy, and defend decisions with data, not summaries, driving measurable growth across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and inclusive feeds.

You will audit accounts, optimize brand vs non-brand, and build landing pages or scripts as needed. US Eastern hours alignment is required; location is flexible.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Budgets run from $5k/mo to six figures a month.
• Own the client relationship; no account manager between you and them.
• Audit over takeover: structure, keywords vs terms, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, conversions.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses; report them separately.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, including client communication.
• Audit campaigns and provide Loom walkthroughs to explain findings.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate streams.
• Optimize PMax with an understanding of branded vs incremental volume.
• Own feed hygiene and conversion tracking across GA4/GTM/Shopify.
