Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end paid campaigns for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will talk directly with clients, audit setups, and defend decisions with data.

You will manage budgets from modest to substantial, optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, and build landing pages and tracking as needed. Remote work with US Eastern calls.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads management for DTC/eCommerce with measurable results.
• Must be comfortable owning client relationships and presenting plans and results.
• Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, and incrementality.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and remarketing workflows is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touch: structure, keywords vs terms, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities with clear reporting.
• Own the feed and the tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals) across campaigns.
• Diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offers, landing pages, tracking) and fix them.
• Build required assets: landing pages, scripts, and reporting frameworks.
