Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end. You will manage budgets, coordinate with clients, and defend your strategic decisions. The role emphasizes attribution, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS, and hands-on optimization across platforms.

You will work with multiple DTC/eCommerce brands, building compliant, scalable funnels and reporting. This role requires US Eastern hours for calls and offers remote worldwide collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Proven ability to own client relationships and present results directly to clients.
• Strong understanding of attribution, NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.
• Experience with GA4, GTM and Shopify goal imports.
• Familiarity with Feed/Merchant Center, Shopping, and PMax setups.

Aufgaben

• Own a set of Google Ads accounts end-to-end as the primary client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching campaigns: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and report separately.
• Explain and defend attribution decisions to clients.
• Ensure feed, tracking, and landing pages are aligned and optimized.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove bottlenecks.
