Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with meaningful spend and proven results (CPA, ROAS).
• Ability to communicate with clients directly and defend decisions.
• Familiarity with attribution models and PMax basics is a must.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts and be the client’s direct point of contact.
• Audit campaigns and account structures before touching anything.
• Manage brand and non-brand activity as separate, track separate results.
• Own feed, merchant center hygiene, and conversion tracking end-to-end.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, landing pages, and tracking; build required fixes.
