Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own the client relationship and end-to-end campaigns. You will audit accounts, manage brand and non-brand separately, and push for incremental growth with NC-CPA/NC-ROAS targets.

You must communicate clearly in English and be available for US Eastern client calls while working remotely from anywhere. This role rewards ownership, raw output over hours, and the chance to influence how Google is run across client

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent in the full ad stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, GA4, GTM.
• Experience operating Shopify stores is a bonus.
• Excellent client communication in English, native or near-native.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit onboarded accounts: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities with clear reporting.
• Assess PMax impact and separate branded vs. non-branded activity.
• Ensure feed, tracking, and landing pages are aligned and optimized.
• Build required landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks.
• Manage client updates, calls, and defend decisions with data.
