Baker Hughes in Argentina is seeking a Sales Coordinator - Technical sales for Directional Drilling Services to drive the commercial strategy and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation in the Vaca Muerta basin.

You will engage with operators such as YPF and others, translate technical value into commercial outcomes, collaborate with operations and product lines, and uphold HSE standards while delivering high‑quality service.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and Baker Hughes standards.
