Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, and build relationships with operators like YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality, deliver technical presentations, and identify cross‑sell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD and RSS.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Deliver technical presentations and post‑well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Maintain CRM opportunity pipelines, forecasts and customer intelligence.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
