Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end paid search for a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce brands. This remote role puts you in direct contact with clients, where you present results, plans, and the reasoning behind your decisions.

You will audit before touch, optimize campaigns for incremental growth, and manage brand and non-brand activities as separate streams.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, the buyer, and the client's direct point of contact.
• Budgets run from $5k/mo to well into six figures a month.
• Audit before you touch anything: structure, terms, bidding, feed health, landing pages, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as different businesses with separate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client's direct point of contact.
• Audit campaigns, ad group structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding per campaign type, and conversion tracking.
• Present results, plan, and reasoning directly to the client; defend decisions.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report accordingly.
