Job summary

Atomic HR is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for a regulated DTC consumer brand based in Austin, TX. This hands-on generalist role emphasizes building growth channels—email, SMS, partnerships, field marketing—rather than pure planning.

You’ll work directly with the two founders and use AI tools to automate tasks and connect systems. You’ll own retailer outreach, support the field team, manage search and referral programs, and analyze order and subscription data to drive steady growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code to build something real that's in use today.
• 3+ years in marketing; many fits started in a coordinator role.
• Experience running cold email outreach with Apollo or similar tools.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript; AI-directed development acceptable.
• Familiarity with connecting tools via APIs.
• A good marketing eye and clear, simple writing.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners, writing emails and tracking results.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, retention and referral programs, and search/content initiatives.
• Create marketing visuals with AI, following the brand look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to reduce workload.
• Track results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
