Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for multiple DTC brands. You will be the client’s direct contact, present plans and results, and defend decisions with a focus on growth and attribution.

You will audit accounts, optimize Feed/GC, Landing pages, and tracking, and work remotely with teams globally, taking client calls during US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit overhauled campaigns and accounts before touching anything.
• Ability to present updates, plan, and reasoning directly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Google Ads across Brand, Non-brand, PMax, YouTube, and Shopping.
• Communicate with clients and run calls, defend decisions and outcomes.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in creative, offer, landing pages, and tracking, then fix.
