Sweat Pants Agency is a fully remote company seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a portfolio of DTC accounts end to end. You will be the client’s direct contact, present results and plans, and defend your decisions with accountability for the outcome.

Expect deep involvement in audits, brand vs non-brand strategy, PMax attribution, feed and tracking ownership, and building landing pages and scripts. You can work from anywhere, with client calls during US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client's direct point of contact. Budgets run from $5k/mo to well into six figures a month.
• Audit before you touch anything: review campaign and ad group structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding strategy per campaign type, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as different businesses; report them separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing; separate branded vs incremental volume to set targets.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash; audit auto applied recommendations and assets.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, disapprovals, promotions and Shopping/PMax impact.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, enhanced conversions, offline conversions; reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix them: creative, offer, AOV, landing page, checkout, tracking.
• Build the things the account needs: landing pages, scripts, reporting; capable with AI tools to ship live assets.
