Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own the full funnel and client relationship. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, conduct audits, and defend attribution decisions with data-driven results.

The role emphasizes ownership, direct client communication, and building the required assets, feed health, and tracking to drive NC-CPA and NC-ROAS improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Google Ads with real money at meaningful spend.
• Fluency in the full stack of Google Ads components (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) and GA4.
• Ability to defend attribution decisions and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and deliver Loom walkthroughs before taking over.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and report separately.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing page optimization to improve performance.
• Build and deploy landing pages and scripts as needed.
