Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will be the client’s direct contact, present results, justify decisions, and drive growth with rigorous attribution and testing.

You can work remotely from anywhere and must service US Eastern business hours. If you are hands-on with spend, comfortable defending strategy, and excited to move metrics, this is for you.

Competenze

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and ecommerce.
• Fluency across the full stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM.
• AI-native and able to build landing pages with AI tools (Claude or equivalent).
• Excellent English communication for client-facing calls and presentations.
• Skeptical of numbers; willing to run holdouts and challenge dashboards.
• Able to work US Eastern business hours; location flexible.
• Bonus: experience building or operating your own Shopify store or running Meta at scale.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own client relationship; present results and plans to clients.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; review structure, terms, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate entities and report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs. non-branded impact.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash and audit auto features.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene and promotions.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix: creative, offer, pages, tracking.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints.
