Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for a set of DTC accounts in a remote role. You will be the client’s direct contact, present results and plans, and defend decisions with data.

You’ll audit accounts before touching them, manage brand and non-brand campaigns separately, own feeds/tracking, and build landing pages as needed. You’ll drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS and work with AI tools to deliver growth.

Qualifications

• Real experience managing Google Ads for DTC/eCommerce.
• Own client relationships and present results.
• Audit and optimization ownership across Feed, Merchant Center, PMax, YouTube.
• Strong attribution and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS mindset.
• Able to communicate in English with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts and client relationships.
• Audit accounts before touching them; deliver Loom walkthrough.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate units.
• Own tracking with GA4, GTM, and Shopify goal imports.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed.
• Present updates, defend decisions, and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS.
