Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for multiple DTC brands. You will act as the client’s direct point of contact, drive strategy, and defend decisions with data.

Expect ownership of feeds, tracking, and creative optimization with a strong emphasis on incremental growth. You must be fluent in English, comfortable with US Eastern hours for calls, and able to operate remotely from anywhere, with a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience managing Google Ads across DTC/eCommerce with demonstrable CPA/ROAS improvements.
• Ability to own client relationships and communicate results, plans, and rationale directly to clients.
• Strong analytics mindset with ability to design attribution-aware strategies and holdouts to prove impact.
• Experience with cross-channel analytics, feed optimization, and conversion tracking setup.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts and act as strategist, buyer, and client liaison.
• Audit accounts before changes: structure, terms, bidding, tracking, and landing pages; present findings via Loom walkthroughs.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business units and optimize accordingly.
• Explain and defend attribution decisions; monitor incremental performance and holdout tests.
• Build and deploy landing pages, scripts, and lightweight tooling to remove bottlenecks and improve performance.
