Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads accounts for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the client contact, lead strategy, and drive results with a data-driven approach.

Work remotely worldwide, defending attribution choices, managing feeds, and optimizing across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube. You’ll build pages and tests and measure incremental impact for clients.

Qualifications

Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce and verifiable results.
Ability to own client relationships and present plans and results directly to clients.
Experience auditing accounts and creating strategies before implementation.
Experience managing both brand and non-brand campaigns as separate units.
Understanding of PMax and responsive search/Shopping dynamics.

Responsibilities

Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
Audit overviews of campaigns, structures, keywords, negatives, bidding per type, and tracking.
Run brand and non-brand as distinct business units with separate reporting.
Clarify PMax role and incremental CAC vs branded contributions.
Own feed and Merchant Center hygiene, promotions, and impact on Shopping/PMax.
