Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for remote work. You will own a client’s Google Ads end-to-end, from feed and tracking to creative and landing pages, defending decisions to clients.

You will manage DTC and ecommerce accounts with a focus on incremental growth and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS attribution. You will lead audits, optimize across Brand and Non-Brand campaigns, and own the client relationship with direct updates and calls.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit before touching accounts: structure, negatives, bidding, health, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate, with distinct KPIs.
• You are fluent in English and communicate clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Audit accounts and walk the client through findings via Loom.
• Own the feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and tracking setup.
• Drive growth with PMax, search, and Shopping strategies.
• Be the sole client-facing owner of results and plans.
