Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales to lead commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin, driving growth through customer engagement and technical expertise.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with operations and product lines to ensure service quality, and build long-term relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, and others.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, or BHA optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret wellbore data and drilling KPIs.
• Proven experience working with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Build relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analysis to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
