Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales to lead the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services and manage the full sales cycle in the Vaca Muerta basin.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to deliver value and engage with major operators like YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex, and drilling contractors to drive revenue and service quality.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and standards.
