AgileEngine is seeking a Database Administrator to manage, secure, and tune high-availability production databases in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment. This hands-on role focuses on database administration, performance, security, and reliability.

You will work closely with engineering teams to design, implement, and operate data systems that power web and app services. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of hands-on DBA experience with SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL, plus AWS,

• 3–4 years of hands-on DBA experience.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• AWS RDS and Aurora experience.
• PowerShell or Python scripting.
• Terraform IaC experience.
• Kafka administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong performance tuning and DR planning.
• Collaborates with engineering teams on high-availability systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high availability of production database systems.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery with zero data loss.
• Secure databases and manage access controls.
• Analyze and tune performance to diagnose issues.
• Collaborate with engineers on design and support.
