Oracle is seeking a Datacenter Services Operations expert to support hardware maintenance, network configuration, and continuous improvement across data centers and client sites. The role emphasizes keeping systems reliable, following SOPs, and mentoring junior technicians.

You will guide teams through end-to-end tasks, validate cabling and connectivity, coordinate with project teams, and ensure SLAs are met while upholding health, safety, and security standards.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for other team members to work with servers and main hardware to ensure efficient performance.
• Guides and coaches less experienced technicians on power distribution units and replacement hardware without disturbing critical infrastructure.
• Guides and instructs less experienced technicians on network design and client configurations; validates cabling and connectivity.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environments, mentoring staff to enhance or troubleshoot systems within SLAs.
• Ensures SOPs/MOPs are followed and site rules are respected during on-site tasks.
• Trains on fix/repair techniques aligned with SOPs and Change Control processes; escalates recurring issues to senior staff.
