Virtustant is a fully remote staffing company connecting professionals in Latin America and South Africa with US businesses. The Customer Service Representative will be the voice of our clients, helping customers by phone, email and chat.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, log interactions, and escalate when needed while staying updated on products and policies. A quiet home setup, headset, reliable internet, and advanced English are required.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher) with clear pronunciation.
• Empathy, patience and a problem-solving attitude.
• Comfortable with help desk tools.
• A quiet workspace, a headset and a reliable internet connection.

About The Role

Be the voice of our clients' businesses, helping their customers by phone, email and chat.
