Virtustant is a fully remote staffing company connecting professionals in Latin America and South Africa with US businesses. The Customer Success Specialist will onboard clients, guide setup, and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.

You will run check-ins, monitor health, identify risks and upsell opportunities, and relay customer feedback to product and sales teams, while keeping CRM data current. US business hours support a global client base.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in customer success, account management or customer support.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
• Organized and proactive.

Help our clients' customers get the most out of their products, from onboarding to renewal.

Requirements
