Job summary

Virtustant, a remote staffing company, is seeking an Appointment Setter to turn inbound leads into booked appointments for US businesses. This role is 100% remote and requires strong English communication, CRM proficiency and a target-driven mindset.

You'll respond by phone, SMS and email, qualify prospects, and keep CRM up to date while meeting daily activity targets during US business hours. This is a full-time position with ongoing support from the Virtustant team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales, appointment setting or customer service.
• Advanced English (C1+), confident on the phone.
• CRM experience.
• Target-driven and resilient.
