Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin, Argentina. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with operators and drilling contractors to deliver value.

Role requires deep technical and commercial acumen, strong stakeholder engagement, and ability to translate technical data into commercial outcomes. Flexible, co-located office arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, and Capex, and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to demonstrate service value and differentiation.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and rotary steerable systems (RSS).
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence within CRM systems.
