Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with operators to deliver high-value, data-driven solutions that align with our standards.

In this role you will present technically complex value propositions, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction while growing long-term partnerships in Argentina.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS or BHA optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret wellbore data and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or similar shale basins.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
