Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin in Argentina. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with operators and drilling contractors to deliver value.

You will present technical findings, support tender submissions, and collaborate with operations and engineering to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. A strong track record in technical sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, or BHA optimization.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation and KPI awareness.
• Experience with operators in shale basins and technical sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Present technical value and performance reviews to customers.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines.
• Maintain CRM data, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines.
