Baker Hughes seeks a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin to drive growth through customer engagement, technical expertise, and disciplined commercial execution across the full sales cycle.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines, deliver technical presentations, and manage contracts with operators like YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex, ensuring service quality and adherence to HSE standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret wellbore data and drilling KPIs.
• Proven track record with operators in shale basins and complex fields.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Support tender submissions and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence in CRM.
