Baker Hughes is seeking a seasoned Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. This role requires steering the commercial strategy, managing end-to-end sales, and coordinating with operations, engineering, and product lines to deliver top-notch service quality and value to operators such as YPF, Vista, and Tecpetrol.

You will present technical data in commercial terms, identify cross-sell opportunities, and ensure tender submissions and contract renewals align

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Proven track record of managing technical sales cycles and influencing engineering and procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Building strong relationships with key operators and drilling contractors; delivering technical value presentations and post-well analyses.
