Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive growth by combining technical insight with disciplined commercial execution across the full sales cycle.

You will engage with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, and Capex, delivering presentations, refining proposals, and ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling or related BHA optimization.
• Strong data interpretation and drilling KPI knowledge.
• Experience with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication translating tech into commercial value.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build relationships with operators like YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, MWD/LWD and RSS.
• Support tenders and contract renewals; maintain CRM pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE and Baker Hughes standards.
