Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs and performance drivers.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, translating technical info into commercial value.

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex).
• Delivering technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Supporting tender submissions, commercial models and contract renewals.
• Maintaining accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Ensuring compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
