Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy and own the full sales cycle, engaging with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol and others to deliver high-value drilling solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and contract renewals, while identifying cross-sell opportunities across tools and systems.

Formación

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS or BHA optimization.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles with engineering/procurement stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, reviews and post-well analyses to show service value.
