Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions to operators such as YPF, Vista, and Tecpetrol.

You will leverage technical expertise in directional drilling, MWD/LWD, and BHA optimization to translate data into value, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate forecasts in CRM while upholding HSE

Formación

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling or related tech.
• Strong interpretation of wellbore data and KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins, preferably Vaca Muerta.
• Ability to manage full technical sales cycles and communicate value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build relationships with operators like YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities in bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions and contract renewals.
• Maintain CRM opportunity pipelines and forecasts.
