Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will develop and execute the commercial strategy, drive growth through strong customer engagement, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiations.

You will work with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. You will build relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, and Capex,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors; deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses.
