Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions.

You will build strong relationships with operators and contractors, lead technical presentations, and ensure service quality while pursuing cross-sell opportunities and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex) and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to show service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
