Qualifications

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors or RSS.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analysis to show value.
• Maintain CRM pipelines, forecasts and customer intelligence.
