Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will lead commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions.

You will engage with operators such as YPF and others, deliver technical value presentations, and push for long-term partnerships while ensuring service quality and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins (Vaca Muerta preferred).
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication translating technical info into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
