Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta region. The role combines field- and office-based activities to drive growth through strong customer engagement, technical expertise and disciplined commercial execution.

You will manage the full sales cycle, present value propositions to operators, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction in a dynamic energy market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle including prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex, and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value and differentiation.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence within CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
