Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will lead the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and build relationships with key operators and contractors.

Bring 10+ years in directional drilling and related tools, with strong data interpretation and the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes. This role supports a hybrid work model with offices globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication translating technical information into commercial value.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex, and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence within CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
