Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with operators and drilling contractors to deliver value.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality, pursue cross-sell opportunities, and maintain robust CRM data while upholding HSE standards across activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS or BHA optimization.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPI knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with operators in shale basins like Vaca Muerta is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence in CRM.
