AgileEngine is seeking a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own reliability of a data platform in a regulated healthcare context. You will lead AWS/EKS, Argo Workflows, and data pipelines, guiding architecture and platform engineering priorities.

The role requires strong incident leadership, IaC discipline, and experience with modern data tools like Snowflake, S3 data lakes, and dbt. Collaboration with security and analytics teams enables regulated data handling.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in Cloud/Platform/SRE or DevOps roles.
• Proficient in AWS, Kubernetes and EKS for production workloads.
• Hands-on with Argo Workflows and IaC tooling (Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD, release automation and rollback.
• Strong observability, logging and incident response practices.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms (Snowflake, S3 data lakes).
• Proficient in Python or Shell for automation.
• Ability to lead incidents and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end reliability of the managed Data Platform on AWS/EKS.
• Lead platform transition to managed services with risk assessment.
• Define IaC standards, CI/CD practices and observability patterns.
• Provide technical leadership for infra, Kubernetes, Argo, and data pipelines.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and backlogs.
• Guide cross‑platform decisions for Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran and ingestion.
• Lead complex cross‑platform troubleshooting and L3 escalation.
• Direct post‑incident reviews, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Ensure changes have validation, rollback plans, and traceability.
