AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own the reliability and orchestration of a regulated healthcare data platform on AWS, EKS, and Snowflake. You will drive platform engineering, IaC, CI/CD, and incident response with a cross-functional team.

You will mentor engineers, align with Security and Analytics, and ensure best practices in observability, release management, and data quality. This role requires strong English communication and on-call leadership.

Formación

• 6+ years in Cloud/Platform/SRE or similar roles.
• Deep AWS production experience including security, networking, and monitoring.
• Kubernetes and EKS expertise with workload deployment and reliability.
• Hands-on with Argo Workflows or similar orchestration tools.
• IaC experience, preferably Terraform, with CI/CD and release practices.
• Observability, logging, alerting, incident routing for distributed platforms.
• Lead major incidents and cross-functional troubleshooting.
• Experience with managed services, on-call rotations, and SLAs.
• Knowledge of data platforms: Snowflake, S3 data lakes, SQL, dbt, Fivetran/HVR.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end reliability of the managed Data Platform across AWS, EKS, Argo, Snowflake and related tools.
• Lead transition into managed services with discovery, risk mapping, and knowledge transfer.
• Define cloud architecture principles, IaC standards, and CI/CD practices.
• Provide leadership for AWS, Kubernetes, Argo, deployment automation, and access management.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and backlogs.
• Guide cross-platform decisions on Snowflake, dbt, ingestion tools, and analytics dependencies.
• Lead cross-platform troubleshooting and L3 escalation during incidents.
• Direct technical response in major incidents with RCA, recovery, and preventive actions.
• Ensure changes have review, validation, rollback plans, and traceability.
• Define reliability metrics like availability, ingestion success, and MTTR.
• Drive automation, observability, auto-remediation, and cost-efficient capacity.
• Collaborate with Security/Governance/Analytics to enforce least privilege and auditability.
• Review designs and ensure secure, scalable, supportable solutions.
• Mentor engineers and strengthen distributed team practices.
• Maintain alignment across LatAm/India coverage windows and handoffs.
• Participate in senior escalation and on-call outside staffed hours.
