AgileEngine is seeking a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own the reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. You will lead AWS/EKS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, and Terraform-driven automation for production workloads, while ensuring security, compliance, and high availability.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional experience in Cloud/Platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Expert AWS production environments and cloud architecture.
• Advanced Kubernetes and Amazon EKS expertise.
• Hands-on with Argo Workflows or similar orchestration.
• IaC experience with Terraform; CI/CD and release automation.
• Observability, logging, monitoring, and incident management for distributed systems.
• Data platforms knowledge: Snowflake, S3 data lakes, dbt, Fivetran or similar.
• Proficient Python, Shell, Bash for automation.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the reliability and orchestration of the managed Data Platform across AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Snowflake, S3, Fivetran and custom ingestion pipelines.
• Lead the transition into managed services with platform discovery, risk mapping, knowledge transfer, and readiness validation.
• Define cloud architecture principles, IaC standards, CI/CD and release practices, observability patterns, and platform priorities.
• Provide technical leadership for AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes and EKS operations, Argo Workflows, deployment automation, and access management.
• Translate business and security needs into actionable technical requirements and backlogs.
• Lead complex cross-platform troubleshooting and L3 escalation across infrastructure, ingestion, orchestration, Snowflake, and Tableau.
• Direct technical response during major incidents with impact analysis and post‑incident reviews.
• Ensure changes include reviews, dependency analysis, rollback planning, and traceability.
• Mentor Senior/Mid engineers and improve engineering practices across distributed teams.
• Maintain alignment between LatAm and India coverage windows with clear handoffs.
