AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own the reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will lead the transition to managed services, establish IaC and CI/CD standards, and drive cross‑functional incident response and proactive reliability improvements across Snowflake, S3, and data ingestion pipelines.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional experience in Cloud/Platform/SRE or DevOps.
• Deep hands-on AWS production environment expertise and cloud architecture.
• Advanced Kubernetes experience including EKS and workloads.
• Hands-on with Argo Workflows or similar orchestration tools.
• Infrastructure as Code focus, preferably Terraform, with CI/CD and rollback practices.
• Strong observability, logging, monitoring, and incident coordination.
• Data platform familiarity: Snowflake, S3 data lakes, SQL, dbt, Fivetran/HVR.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical direction and end-to-end reliability of the managed Data Platform on AWS/EKS/Snowflake/S3.
• Lead transition to managed services with discovery, risk mapping, and knowledge transfer.
• Define cloud architecture principles and IaC standards, CI/CD and release practices.
• Provide leadership for AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Argo Workflows, and deployment automation.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and backlogs.
• Guide cross‑platform decisions on Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and data workflows.
• Lead complex cross‑platform troubleshooting and L3 escalation for incidents.
• Direct incident response including recovery, RCA, and preventive actions.
• Ensure changes have proper review, validation, rollback plans, and traceability.
• Define reliability indicators: availability, data freshness, and MTTR.
• Drive automation, observability, auto-remediation, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Security, Governance, Analytics, IT for least-privilege access.
• Review designs and ensure secure, scalable, supported solutions.
• Mentor engineers and improve distributed team practices.
• Maintain LatAm and India coverage alignment with clear handoffs.
• Participate in senior escalation and on-call model for critical incidents.
