Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to develop and maintain desktop and mobile test automation, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and perform hands-on manual and exploratory testing. You will collaborate with developers and product teams to improve testability and acceptance criteria, including AI-assisted QA approaches.

Role requires 4+ years in QA automation, experience with Playwright and WebdriverIO/Appium, and CI/CD experience.

4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual testing.

Responsabilidades

Build regression automation scripts to support app functionality.
Manually test software for validation and accuracy based on defined criteria.
Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance and other testing types.
Record detailed documentation of feature behavior.
Record pass/fails conditions of tests and correlate failures to bugs.
Identify and elevate any risk to quality of the product or the process.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and release cycles.
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback in testing strategy.
Participate in refinement and estimations of effort for accurate planning.
Utilize GitHub to maintain automation repositories and run custom scripts.
Participate in On-Call rotation.
