Halter is seeking a Territory Manager for Argentina to drive growth and ensure customer success in selected regions. You will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with beef producers, and meet ambitious targets while representing Halter on the ground across the Sur region.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and regional sales teams to translate field insights into product improvements and sustainable grazing solutions. Frequent travel across the territory is required.

Qualificações

• Value-based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Experience understanding post-sales value and upselling to grow partnerships.
• Willingness to dive into farm operations and learn rapidly.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and expansion: source new leads, manage full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Hitting sales targets: maintain pipeline, demonstrate product, negotiate contracts with customers.
• Customer account management: ensure ongoing satisfaction and smooth handoff to onboarding.
