Job summary

Halter is looking for the first Territory Manager in Argentina to drive business growth and customer success across the Centro region. You will be the on-the-ground Halter representative, based in the Centro region (La Plata included) with frequent travel to cover Bolívar, Olavarría, Azul and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Beef industry experience or strong willingness to learn about farm operations.
• Strong ownership of a large territory and customer success.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & expansion: source leads and manage pipeline end-to-close.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying and negotiating contracts.
• Account management and onboarding to ensure client success.
• Territory ownership and collaboration with regional teams.
• Gather field feedback with support, product and R&D.
• Partner with Support to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
