Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, partnering with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams. The role is remote-friendly with LATAM location preference.

You will build Standard Work, governance, and KPI reporting, drive continuous improvement, and manage vendor relationships. A BA/BS and 7+ years in HR operations, plus Workday experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in HR Operations or related field.
• Experience with global HR processes and cross-functional partners.
• Experience delivering KPI reports to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes.
• Develop process governance, KPIs, and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Data privacy and HR teams.
• Enable scalable design with Workday and integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management.
